The first recipe of this one was created by Elli Beer in our Gin School some years ago and instantly became a favourite. ]This offering has a fire and sweetness matched to perfection and just a tint of rouge from the Sloe Berries we steep it in. Think layers of spice over the rich notes of Juniper combined with the fruit and complexity of the Sloe.
Mix this into a Singapore Sling for something new or combine as you would a G&T but with the Sparkling Ruby Cabernet with a sprig of mint garnish to enjoy something truly unique.
