Our mission

We believe in a Hydrogen driven future because we know it works.

We create premium Australian Gin, with passion and an artisan approach, in our Hydrogen fuelled Gin Distillery.

Utilising solar and batteries to power our cooling systems means we are off grid and sustainable.

We are mission driven to protect our home in the beautiful Barossa Valley, and beyond, by adopting green energy technology.

We hope that the small part we play will encourage the wider industry to adopt a similar change and reduce, and possibly, avert the damage done by climate change.
